As The Wilson continues to be closed this year to enable a major refurbishment creating a community arts gallery and vibrant arts café to go ahead, the art gallery and museum is taking to the road and going on tour.

A new summer series of family friendly activities has been created for our younger visitors and will be held in the sumptuous surroundings of the Grade I listed Pittville Pump Room, and at Leisure at Cheltenham.

The team at The Wilson has created a programme of activities and social sessions for parents and carers and children from new-born babies to 11 year olds.

Each session is limited to 20 people and covid compliant, being held in line with current Covid19 restrictions.

Tots and Tales

Let your child’s imagination run free with a morning of stories and crafts. This session is suitable for toddlers and pre-school age children.

Baby Babble

Join us with your baby for an informal get together with other parents and carers. Come and meet old friends and make new ones too.

Creative Crafters

The creative crafters sessions are for children aged six to 11 and offer a variety of fun crafts and activities including painting, drawing and sticking.

Why not enjoy a swim, gym session or treat yourself to coffee and cake in the Hub café at Leisure at Cheltenham while your little one is kept busy in the hour-long craft activity session?
