Join us as a volunteer associate
Would you like to be part of an innovative, forward thinking charity and help to make a difference in your community? Our associates programme offers opportunities across the community to join the trust as an associate.
The trust is the lead provider of culture, heritage, sport and leisure in Cheltenham, and has a significant role in supporting the overall health and wellbeing of the community, and the local and visitor economy.
The trust manages the town’s iconic venues, Pittville Pump Room, Cheltenham Town Hall, The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum, Leisure at Cheltenham and the Prince of Wales stadium. During the pandemic the trust opened the Heritage Café at the Pump Room and the Garden Bar Orangery in Imperial Gardens, and developed a vibrant cultural programme hosting inclusive, free to access events, live music and entertainment for all the community to enjoy. More than 10,000 people enjoyed the two-day celebration of Queen Elizabeth II’s platinum jubilee in 2022, and more than 12,000 celebrated the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla at a free two-day community event in May 2023. The trust’s Retro Americana festival is now in its second year.
