By becoming a member of the trust, you’ll enjoy great value benefits on food and drinks in our cafes, fast track access and the heads up on the big name acts before tickets go on sale. You’ll also receive 10% discount on annual memberships at Leisure at Cheltenham, invitations to exclusive exhibition launches, plus much more.

Your £75 annual individual membership gives you benefits worth more than £100 including free hot drinks every month; cake on your birthday; fast pass entry to Cheltenham Town Hall and Pittville Pump Room, and to the event bars. Our members will hear first about great names coming to the venues, meaning you can book as soon as tickets go on sale to secure the best seats in the house. Your membership will help us to keep making a difference to the health and wellbeing of Cheltenham and the wider area. As a charity, any surplus we make is reinvested into inclusive events for all the community to enjoy free of charge. Our free programme includes the Christmas lights switch on; Summer of music across Cheltenham Trust venues; and children’s creative holiday activities.

Your support helps us to provide free access to the town’s history, art and heritage at The Wilson Art Gallery and Museum and Pittville Pump Room. It supports concession rates to support the local community to access and enjoy the facilities and services at Leisure at Cheltenham; and reduced rates to support local community groups to host events and activities at the heritage venues run by the trust.

Were you one of the 10,000 who celebrated the coronation of King Charles III with a two-day party in the park at Pittville Pump Room and the free beach party last summer at the Garden Bar in Imperial Gardens? This year, we’re hosting a free programme of music during the summer and hosting an even bigger festive lights switch on at Pittville Pump Room. Your membership helps us to do even more.

You can join in person at the reception desk at Leisure at Cheltenham during opening hours. There is free parking at the centre.

You can pay by most major credit or debit cards. The payment is a one-off annual payment, and is non-refundable and not transferable.

Your membership lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase.

There will be signage in our event bars directing you to the members’ fast track access.

You will receive the members’ e-newsletter that will be sent direct to your inbox. This will give you advance notice of specific shows going on sale and the on-sale time and date so you can be among the first to book.

Although we cannot guarantee ticket availability, by becoming a member, you will have advance notice of on-sale dates, for specific events and shows that are expected to sell out, to enable you to be among the first to book.

Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds.

Yes, you can buy for someone else, nominate who you would like to purchase the membership for when booking either online or offline.

We will send you an email confirmation shortly after your purchase. This will provide information on your membership pack and how you can opt to receive it. When collecting in person at the Heritage Café at Pittville Pump Room, you will receive a complimentary first cup of coffee or tea. If you opt to have your pack posted, there will be a postage charge of £3.95.

No, you would need to become a leisure member at Leisure at Cheltenham. However, the Fitstop café (open at weekends) is one of the locations where you can enjoy your free monthly hot drinks.

Yes, we will contact you in the final month of your membership, inviting you to renew.
